1、 Product use

2、 Features:

5、 Working process
??? The pH value of the water sample detected by the pH meter is converted into 4-20mA standard signal, which is input to the process controller. The process unit compares the input signal with the given value. According to the comparison result, the logic operation is carried out according to a certain algorithm, and the 4-20mA standard signal is output to the frequency converter in a certain way. The frequency converter changes its output frequency according to the deviation signal to control the speed of AC motor to achieve control According to the requirement of dosage, the adjusted parameters of the controlled object can run in the best state.

The shape and installation of the dosing pipe are shown in the figure. The pipe is made of Φ 10-15mm stainless steel pipe. Around the end of the pipe, 10 holes of about Φ 2mm are evenly opened. During installation, the pipe is inclined against the water flow direction and the center line of the stalk medium pipe (a part of the dosing liquid of the dosing pump is squeezed out from the small hole to increase the uniformity of dosing.)
???? The shape and installation of sampling pipe are shown in the figure. The pipe is made of Φ 20 × 3mm stainless steel pipe. The pipe is inserted into 3 / 4D of medium pipe in reverse direction. A number of Φ 3mm small holes are opened in 2 / 3 of the sampling pipe end, so as to sample from different directions and increase the representativeness of sample water. The distance between the dosing device and the sample taking is 5-10 M. the specific situation should be considered according to the actual situation of each factory It should be less than or equal to 20 meters in order to shorten the transmission.
As shown in the figure, the distance between the sampling port and the dosing port, and the distance between the sampling port and the pH transmitter are far greater than the above requirements. The design scheme of the process controller has fully considered the situation, and the comparison control can also meet the requirements, but the quality is slightly affected.
Installation of control cabinet
The control cabinet should be clean and bright without corrosive gas, far away from strong magnetic field, with temperature less than 45 ℃ and humidity less than 85%. The outlet of the solution tank should be higher than the inlet of the dosing pump.

The automatic dosing device mainly includes double pump single control combined type, three pump double control combination type, combined type boiler water R value automatic control device and other types. The structure of each type is somewhat different, which is described separately below.
1. The device is composed of a metering box, two dosing metering pumps (standby for each other), a set of AC frequency conversion automatic dosing control system, connecting pipeline, valve, base, etc., as shown in the figure. The volume of the metering tank is 1m '(to be discussed if the user has special requirements). Whether to bring agitator, remote level gauge, liquid level alarm and tank material selection shall be proposed by the user or the design department, or the user can directly consult our company. The tank body is made of steel, stainless steel and rubber lining, which is used for different medicine solutions. When ordering, the user must specify the following parameters of the metering pump: flow rate (1GH), pump outlet pressure (MPA), pump flow path material (or the name and concentration of conveying agent).
2. Three pump double control combined automatic dosing device
The automatic dosing device consists of two metering boxes, three dosing metering pumps, three sets of AC frequency conversion automatic dosing control system, connecting pipeline, valve and base, etc., as shown in Fig. 2
In the three dosing metering pumps of automatic dosing device, pump 3 is the standby pump of pump 1 and pump 2. Normally, pump 1 and pump 2 work under the drive of two sets of AC frequency conversion automatic dosing control systems, so that the dosing metering pump can work in four ways, and the switch switch on the control cabinet can put the standby pump into operation.
The user's requirements for the parameters of the metering tank and dosing metering pump can refer to the relevant instructions in the above-mentioned double pump single control combined automatic dosing device.
3. Combined boiler water R value automatic dosing device
The automatic dosing equipment is used for boiler water coordinated phosphate treatment (control boiler water R value). The automatic dosing device consists of three metering boxes, three metering pumps, a set of AC variable frequency r value automatic control system, connecting pipeline, valve, base, etc., as shown in Fig. 3.
The volume of the three measuring tanks are 1 cubic meter, respectively storing trisodium phosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate and sodium hydroxide.
