brief introduction

1、 Overview and application of vacuum deaerator:
The hardness of Ca2 + and Mg2 + in feed water of boilers and industrial boilers in thermal power plants is removed after softening or desalting, but dissolved oxygen in water is not removed. The main part of the boiler which is not corroded by the water supply pipe of the boiler will be short of the service life of the boiler. The oxygen corrosion of economizer increases the iron content in water, and the speed of iron oxide scale in water wall tube is directly proportional to the iron content in water supply. Iron oxide scale not only has poor thermal conductivity, but also causes overheating damage of water wall tube due to poor cooling. Moreover, it will cause corrosion under the scale of iron oxide, accelerate the damage of water wall tube, reduce the reliability of safe operation of the boiler, and increase the number of boiler shutdown. Therefore, the boiler feed water must be deoxidized.
In the process of boiler feed water treatment, deaeration is a very important link. Oxygen is the main corrosive substance in the water supply system and boiler. The oxygen in the water supply should be removed quickly, otherwise it will corrode the water supply system and components of the boiler. The corrosion product iron oxide will enter the boiler, deposit or adhere to the boiler tube wall and heating surface, forming insoluble iron scale with poor heat transfer. Moreover, corrosion will cause pitting on the inner wall of the pipe and increase the resistance coefficient. When the pipeline corrosion is serious, even the pipeline explosion accident will occur. According to the national regulations, the steam boiler with evaporation capacity greater than or equal to 2 tons per hour and hot water boiler with water temperature greater than or equal to 95 ℃ must be deoxidized. For many years, many boiler feed water treatment workers have been searching for efficient and economical deaeration methods, and vacuum deaeration method is one of the best.

2、 Working principle of vacuum deaerator
The working principle of vacuum deaeration is to apply Henry's law and Dalton's law. According to Henry's law, if any gas exists on the water surface at the same time in a closed container, the solubility of the gas is directly proportional to its own partial pressure, and the solubility of the gas is only related to its own partial pressure. At a certain pressure, with the increase of water temperature, the partial pressure of water vapor increases, while the partial pressure of air and oxygen decreases. At 100 ℃, the partial pressure of oxygen is reduced to zero, and the dissolved oxygen in water is also reduced to zero. When the pressure on the water surface is less than the atmospheric pressure, the solubility of oxygen can also reach zero at lower water temperature. In this way, space oxygen molecules on the water surface are discharged, or converted into other gases, so that the partial pressure of oxygen is zero, oxygen in water will continue to escape, to achieve the effect of oxygen removal.
This kind of deoxidization method is usually carried out at 30 ℃ ~ 60 ℃. It can realize deoxidization at low temperature on water surface (at 60 ℃ or normal temperature). Vacuum deaeration can be used for thermal boilers and steam boilers with large load fluctuation and poor thermal deoxidization effect. Compared with the thermal deoxidization technology, its heating conditions are very low, the steam consumption of the boiler room is reduced, and the vacuum deaerator can be arranged at a low position, which requires higher requirements for the operation and management of key equipment such as jet pump and pressure pump than thermal deaerator. The low-level layout also needs a certain height difference, and the operation and management requirements of key equipment such as jet pump and pressure pump are also very high.

4、 Composition of vacuum deaerator
The vacuum deaerator is mainly composed of deaerator (deaerator head and deaeration water tank), high efficiency rotating membrane device, water jet vacuum pump unit, water diversion pump unit, etc.
The deaerator is equipped with a high-efficiency rotating film device, which changes the natural falling film into the strong falling film, increases the renewal degree of the liquid film, and causes the liquid film to rotate strongly along the pipe wall, so as to enhance the dispersion and mass transfer functions; the phase bubble boiling is replaced by the suspension bubble boiling. The three independent heat and mass transfer modes are reduced into one and completed in one unit. Because of its high efficiency and some special functions, it breaks through the technical performance of existing deaerator.
When the deaerator is running, the deaerator water tank is in negative pressure state. In high-level installation, the distance between the outlet of water tank and the inlet of boiler feed water pump should be larger, preferably no less than 10 meters; in low-level installation, the outlet of water tank is connected with the water diversion pump unit to make the negative pressure water enter into the boiler feed water pump after boosting.
The water jet vacuum pump unit is equipped with a long throat water jet air extractor, which has a compact design and low specific power consumption. Under the same conditions, the suction capacity is twice that of the old one. Very low noise level, no vibration, simple installation and layout.
The function of the water diversion pump unit is to connect the negative pressure water to the boiler feed water pump through the water diversion pump when the deaerator is installed at the low position.
