1: Application and product features of muffler

Safety valve silencer It is mainly used for high temperature and high pressure steam emission of safety valve, PCV valve and exhaust valve in electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industries.
For the boiler safety valve and exhaust valve, it can be seen as a part of the pipeline. After the internal acoustic treatment, the noise generation and transmission can be reduced, and the noise elimination amount at the outlet can reach 20-30 dB (a sound level), and the loudness can be reduced by more than 60%. The subjective sense has obvious effect. The following three aspects should be considered in the design of safety valve exhaust muffler
1. Excessive noise should be avoided after noise elimination, and the amount of noise elimination can meet the requirements of the hygienic standard for noise of industrial enterprises.
2. The muffler shall be rust proof, anti blocking, high temperature, high pressure and high air flow.
3. The exhaust volume and blocking ratio of muffler should adapt to the exhaust flow of safety valve.

? 2、 Principle of safety valve muffler

The new muffler of safety door adopts the sound elimination principle of through-hole spray and resistance, in which the large hole expansion control flow is used instead of the micro hole through plate type. In the structure, the principle of smooth exhaust of the safety valve must be ensured first. The multi-level perforated sound absorption principle is combined with the resistance sound elimination principle, which makes the steam sound wave enter into the numerous holes in the porous sound-absorbing material, and excites the molecular vibration of the porous material, so that the sound energy can be used for The friction and friction are eliminated smoothly, that is to say, the heat energy is eliminated.

3. Ordering and selection of safety valve muffler

The following information should be provided when ordering silencers:
(1) the amount of exhaust steam (T / h), start-up pressure and temperature of safety valve.
(2) outer diameter and wall thickness of exhaust pipe;
???? (3) The structure can be small hole type or anti spray resistance composite type. General users choose composite muffler, which has good noise elimination effect.
