1、 Purpose:
This series of silencers are mainly used for the effective noise elimination of boiler steam emission in electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, mining and textile industries.
2、 Features:
1. Boiler ignition exhaust muffler (TB type)
in order to suppress the exhaust noise of high pressure steam flow, this type of exhaust muffler is designed based on the most reasonable noise elimination principle. However, the noise of the high pressure steam can be reduced when the pressure is higher than the standard value. For this reason, a double-layer sound barrier is designed outside the depressurization body, Exhaust muffler It is designed according to the spectrum characteristics of the residual noise emitted by the buck body to absorb the residual noise effectively. When the user installed according to the requirements, the total noise reduction can reach 35 ~ 45 dB.
2. Steam safety valve silencer (TA type)
For the safety valves of boilers and other devices, the exhaust steam should not only avoid excessive dry noise, but also let the steam flow smoothly. For this reason, the common noise elimination methods of multi-stage throttling and small hole injection should not be used. This kind of restriction has always been the safety valve The difficulty of muffler design is also the reason for the poor silencing effect of safety door muffler. The muffler of the safety door of the utility model also adopts the anti noise, spray and anti noise principle, in which the large hole expansion replaces the smaller diameter flow control hole, so as to strengthen the anti noise, spray and anti noise effect in structure, and achieve the ideal sound elimination effect. ??
3. Low pressure steam silencer (TD type)
A large number of low-pressure boilers of 0.13mpa and below are used in various industrial and mining enterprises. There are also a large number of low-pressure thermal devices in the thermal system of the power station, such as back pressure steam turbine, deaerator, auxiliary air extractor, steam turbine oil pump, continuous blowdown and regular blowdown of boilers. The exhaust pipes of the above equipment shall be equipped with mufflers with light structure and convenient installation. 4. Soot blowing pipe muffler (TC type)
After the installation and maintenance of steam boiler and relevant thermal equipment pipeline, the sundries in the pipeline shall be cleaned by steam, and a lot of noise will be generated during the purging process. TC type muffler adopts three-stage noise elimination structure, which can effectively eliminate noise through the principle of resistance, spray and resistance, and effectively integrates the design of TB type and Ta type in the internal structure.

For this reason, the product adopts the resistance structure which can eliminate the high and medium frequency noise and the anti structure which plays the role of eliminating the medium and low frequency noise. At the same time, two kinds of noise elimination areas, high frequency and low frequency, are used in the resistance channel to maximize the noise elimination frequency band and achieve good noise elimination effect. After users install the product as required, the limit noise level will not exceed 85-90 dB.
