1: Application and advantages of the product
The vacuum of steam turbine is the main index to determine the economic operation of steam turbine, and the tightness of vacuum system is one of the main factors affecting the vacuum of steam turbine; improving the tightness of vacuum system has become an effective way for power plant to save energy and reduce consumption and reduce dissolved oxygen in condensate water, which has been attached great importance by Yu Lai and Yu guangfan. The water jet air ejector of our company is used for the steam turbine unit of thermal power plant to suck the condenser vacuum and other special equipment that needs to be vacuumized. In order to achieve the design performance of low consumption and high efficiency, it is necessary to pay attention to the selection of the suction volume of the water jet air ejector and the best parameters of each working water, and to select a good pump motor to reflect the performance advantages
1. Strong suction capacity, large safety margin and low power consumption of motor. (see attached table)
2. The efficiency of suction is not affected by operation time, and the maintenance interval is long.
3. Good start-up, no need for additional auxiliary pumping. The requirements of mass concentration and volume concentration of impurities in working water are low.
4. The throat outlet of the air extractor is equipped with a residual speed air extractor, which can simultaneously supply the non condensable gas of the shaft seal heater to the steam turbine.
5. Since there is no gas phase bias current, the vibration wear is very small and the service life is long.
The above advantages are very important for the economic operation of the unit, and improving the condenser vacuum is more important. It is stipulated in the technical conditions of fixed steam turbine that the calculation method of air leakage of condenser is as follows:

There are also some power plant units using steam jet air extractors, but there are still the following reasons:

  1. Poor suction capacity.
  2. A lot of maintenance.
  3. It is a waste of time and money.
  4. The nozzle is easy to block.
  5. The waste of steam source is large.

2: Structural principle
the structural principle of water jet air ejector of our company has broken the traditional design mode of vertical cross flow of water and gas. As we all know, the energy required for gas phase movement comes from water beam. So, to make water quality point contain more gas to improve condenser vacuum and ensure safe operation, it is necessary to:

  1. The best flow rate of water and the best cross section of single water beam are selected in the suction chamber, in order to achieve the best dispersion degree of water beam, and at the same time, the water quality point after dispersion has the best momentum. At this time, the most gas can be enveloped with the minimum amount of water, which is the minimum condition to achieve low consumption and high efficiency.
  2. The contact between the water quality point and the air is the most uniform. In addition, all the gas in the water beam can be pressed into the throat.
  3. Prevent the gas phase backflow and bias in the initial section, so as to avoid vibration and wear caused by impact on the four walls. This can not be achieved by simply lengthening the throat. This is achieved by the geometry of the suction chamber, the shape of the throat, the diameter of the throat, the area ratio of the nozzle, the length of the throat, the ratio of the nozzle to the diameter, and the water inflow parameters (water volume and pressure).
  4. The structure of the throat is divided into three parts: gas compression section, vortex strengthening section and pressurization section. It can realize the uniform mixing of two-phase flow, reduce the gas resistance, eliminate the gas phase bias flow, increase the energy exchange of two-phase particles, and make use of the residual velocity to minimize the energy loss.

Therefore, it is suggested to use TDA and TD energy-saving water jet air extractors produced by the company.

The above structure principle is difficult to be realized by the traditional design method, which is also the main reason for the difficulty in improving the efficiency of the air ejector before. According to the principle of high flow rate at the end of constant cross-section throat pipe and the principle of non-interference between the whole throat, the air extractor of our company has realized the segmented exhaust of the lower section and outlet of the throat, which provides the steam turbine with the non condensable gas at the shaft seal heater and the water chamber of the air cooler.
Our company has single channel structure and multi-channel structure. Nozzle, throat and contraction pipe are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti, and water stop valve is made of ZQAl9-4 (copper). Long term use has little impact on performance, less scale and long maintenance period.
