1、 Product overview

Sampling cooler It is widely used in power plant, iron and steel smelting, chemical industry, textile, printing and dyeing, etc. the water temperature in boiler and thermal system is high, and the high water temperature is not convenient for sampling and measurement, so it should be cooled in the sampling cooler. Therefore, the sample at the sampling point should be introduced into the sampling cooler for cooling. Generally, the flow rate should be 500-700ml / min, The sample can be cooled to below 30-40 degrees, which meets the standard of DL / T 457-91 of the electric power industry of the people's Republic of China. The tubes of the sampling cooler are made of stainless steel tubes instead of carbon steel pipes or brass tubes, so as to prevent the samples from being polluted by the metal corrosion products in the pipes during the sampling process
Taige sampling cooler is suitable for sampling liquid and gas with high temperature. It has the advantages of compact structure, high heat transfer efficiency, convenient cleaning and long service life. 3: Calculation of cooling area of sampling cooler


1: If the sample flow rate, cooling water temperature and initial conditions of the sample are known, the cooling area required by the sampling cooler can be obtained by formula (A1)

Where a -- required cooling area, m2;
F -- sample flow, L / h;
Δ TM -- average temperature difference, ℃;
U -- overall heat exchange coefficient (U = 200 for double spiral tube and immersion cooler).
When the sample is superheated steam, the cooling area calculated by formula (A1) should be increased by 12.6% for every 100 ℃ superheat.

2: The average temperature difference can be obtained from equation (A2)

Where Δ TM -- average temperature difference, ℃;
T1 -- inlet temperature of cooler;
T2 -- sample temperature at cooler inlet, ℃;

T2 -- cooling water temperature at cooler outlet, ℃.

3: The spiral tube of the cooler can be composed of a group of continuous coils with the required cooling area, or it can be composed of two or more groups of spiral tubes arranged continuously.
